Nancy + James: Cold Hands;Warm Hearts

Updated: Mar 24, 2019

Nancy and James' beautiful day was filled with so much love! Their wedding consisted of 50 of their closest friends and family. Believe me when I say that you could actually feel the love everywhere in that beautiful Shawnessy Barn where their wedding was held!

During their Bride + Groom shoot, let me tell you, it was freezing. Like, -21 degrees celcius freezing with a wind chill of what felt like -100 degrees celcius (okay, a little exaggerated...but you get the idea!) ! We had been going back and forth with Nancy and James about where to have this shoot - we, of course, always want our Bride and Groom as comfortable and as happy as we can help them to be! Nancy and James both insisted that they wanted an outdoor shoot - and so that is exactly what we gave them!

On that note, Nancy is one tough Bride braving the cold so elegantly in her stunning dress. You go, Girl!

At weddings, you may hear some people may not always enjoy the speeches part of the day, but personally, it has to be one of my favourite parts of a reception! Below, you will see the photos and I hope you can also feel the emotion that we always try to capture during these speeches.

Congratulations to Nancy and James who tied the knot after a fifteen year relationship.
